Design Options

I offer four pricing packages for you to consider, depending on the size and type of your site:

1. The Lake Huron Package - $750
2. The Lake Michigan Package - $1000
3. The Lake Superior Package - $1250
4. The E-Commerse Package - $2500

         Logo Design:  $100

In addition to the design packages each web site needs a domain name and hosting services. 

Web site hosting: $100 for 12 months, to be paid upfront.

A new domain name: $10 for 12 months, to be paid upfront.

Near the end of your 12 months I will send you an invoice for another year of hosting and domain name.

Site Maintenance Rate: $40/hour

Site Maintenance Subscription rate: $60/month (which gives you two hours of updates each month.)

Terms and Conditions:

1. The customer is to supply all source material for the site ~ This includes graphics and text, be as complete as possible to keep your hours down and save money!
2. Payment:  In order to begin your project, the customer must supply me with the following down payment:  Domain Name purchase ($10), plus 12 month Hosting cost ($100), plus 25% of the site design option.  This is a non-refundable down payment.
3. The Balance is due upon delivery.
